LETS TALK POLICY.
Your appointments are of the upmost importance to me. Each appointment booked is time I have set aside just for you, so that I can provide an excellent and high-quality service.
All clients receive reminder emails and texts 72 hours prior to their appointment time.
If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, that is a-ok! Advance notice of these changes is greatly appreciated, as I need time to refill your appointment slot.
CANCELLATIONS
Although schedule adjustment needs can be unforeseeable and understandable, I need to receive enough notice to fill your cancelled appointment time.
Therefore, I require at least a 24 hour notice for all cancellations. This policy applies to all last minute cancellations, regardless of the reason.
Cancellations within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time will be charged 50% of the selected service using the card on file provided at time of booking.
NO SHOWS
Please be respectful of my time.
If you fail to communicate that you will be unable to arrive for your appointment or cancel within 30 minutes of your appointment time , I am unable to fill your appointment slot and waste time and product setting up for your service and waiting for you to arrive.
All no shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service using the card on file provided at time of booking.
LATE ARRIVALS
I will always do my very best to accomodate you, but the time I have reserved for your appointment is specific to your service type.
If you are more than 15 minutes late, and I am unable to complete your service in the remaining timeframe, this will constitute a last minute cancellation and 50% of your service will be charged.
